  7. The purpose of the AEMAS Plus Automated Invoicing Module is to allow the user
  8. to prepare and select invoice formats which can be tailored to meet a specific
  9. client's requirements. Utilizing the Automated Invoicing Module will allow
  10. faster and easier billing and invoice preparation. Numerous billing types are
  11. available including Time and Materials, hourly, Fixed Fee, percent Complete,
  12. Cost Plus to a Maximum, etc. These billing types can be applied to a particular
  13. job or to each phase of a job. Invoice formats can be created, saved, recalled,
  14. and selectively applied to any job. Billing worksheets are available to review
  15. billing accuracy. Optional ``not-to-exceed'' amounts can be established for
  16. each job's contract and/or professional fee limit for the contractor's working
  17. on government contracts.
